Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been downloaded.

Exceptions (File Issues Only)

If you experience any of the following issues:

The file is corrupted
The download link does not work
You received the wrong file

Please contact us, and we will gladly provide:

A corrected file, or
A new download link

These cases do not qualify for refunds.
